Jim and Leslie spear-headed the design of this Palm Springs modern style home with Cox, Kliewer & Company. This house was not built however, as the owner found another waterfront lot on which to built a fine tuned version of this house.This 8,000 square foot residence was designed for a waterfront lot near the Cavalier Yacht Club in Virginia Beach. Located on an one and half acre lot, this two-story house includes a private master suite, private office, a guest suite, media room, exercise room, wine cellar, spacious two story living room, and a 6-car garage outfitted with hydraulic lifts. Balconies and a shaded roof garden provide spectacular views of the water.
