Located in Henrico Couty, Virginia, this tax credit rehab consisted of 39 buildings. Each building received new windows, exterior siding and new roofing.
Renovations to the 232 apartments included completely replacing kitchens and bathrooms as well as upgrading the interior finishes.
The apartments remained occupied throughout the renovation process.
The project also included site improvements and renovations to the community building and laundry building.
Full services were provided from the planning phase through the construction administration phase.
