Located on Scarboroughs Neck Road in Belle Haven, Virginia, this was an extensive renovation and addition to an existing 1,780 square foot single-family residence. The new addition added 2,680 square feet to the house. The ground level included an additional two-car garage and an elevator. The upper level addition included a generously sized great room, a master suite, a large screened porch and front and back decks.
